Shipping policy

Processing time is 1-2 weeks not counting weekends or holidays! Please keep in mind that I am a just one person and have things going on outside of managing my shop! Things like technology malfunctions, my chronic illness, and personal matters are not in my control. I work 9-5 on weekdays only and share that schedule with whatever may come up. I am only one person running this shop and can only do so much <3 Nevertheless, feel free to reach out via the contact form. I am always happy to answer questions!

Domestic (US) orders:

Untracked : Will take 1-2 weeks to arrive

Tracked : Will take 3-7 days to arrive after scanned (does not count for Holidays/Sundays) Base price is $6 for tracking but sometimes Shopify will combine shipping and total it to $10 to account for extra shipping weight from items that need tracked shipping (keychains). This is a matter Shopify has spoken about but hasn't fixed. I will compensate those extra $5 with extra items from my shop.

International Orders:

CrispyTreats no longer ships to the EU.

For Canada: If your order contains a bulky non-flat item such as a keychain or pin please select the Order Contains Keychain option!

If you are looking to purchase multiple charms then please only purchase one per order! I see bulkier orders be returned to me most often so please stick to the one charm rule (this applies to keychain commissions).

Tracked : I do not offer tracked international shipping to avoid shipping complications. Tracked shipping is only available to the US, Canada, and UK.
