Refund policy
General:
- I will not refund if you misread policies (ex: order processing time is too long). This also applies to delays due to personal matters, chronic illness, and technical malfunctions. Please reach out if you have any concerns!
- Since I do not accept returns, unless the item is sent back via undeliverable mail, you cannot be refunded if the item does not meet your expectations.
- Commissions will not be refunded even if tracking is paid as this is a personalized item that took item and materials to make. If there are other items in a commission order that has tracking or was returned to me then those items will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
- If product is faulty then please reach out with evidence. I can replace or refund the item.
Untracked orders will not be refunded due to how I cannot verify if the request is legitimate or not. Please keep this in mind at checkout. If your order has not yet arrived you may contact me and ask if it was returned to me. I can resend it at the cost of a shipping fee (just a stamp fee). If returned, I will only refund the product total (excludes shipping and commissions).
Tracked orders will be refunded or resent based on what the customer chooses! If order goes missing, a missing mail form will be filed and customer could wait up to 3 weeks if the package is found.
As soon as the order is shipped, what happens to the mail is out of the seller's hands!
Filing for a chargeback via your bank or Paypal when you have not paid for tracking is considered fraud by Shopify. You will be blacklisted for theft.
